IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES:
- Do Not Leave the Battery in Model During Charging: Always remove the battery from your model when charging.
- Do Not Leave Unattended During Charging: Always supervise the battery during the charging process.
- Always Balance Charge the Battery: Ensures all cells are charged equally.
- Always Use a LiPo Charging Bag: For safety during charging.
- Use a Li-Poly Specific Charger: NiMH or NiCD chargers are incompatible.
- Do Not Over Discharge the Battery: Prevents damage to the battery.
- Read & Understand Instructions Carefully: Prior to operating the battery.
NOTE:
- Avoid Over-Discharging or Over-Charging: This can result in overheating and damage to the battery.
- Discharging Capacity: Should not exceed 80% of the pack’s max capacity after full charging to ensure good cycle performance.
- Initial Charging Cycles: Fully charge a new battery before use and only discharge to 50% for the first 5 cycles.
- Monitor Flight Time: Set a low voltage warning on ESC (End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell).
- Temperature Cautions: Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 35°C or store/charge in a closed car.
- Post-Use Cooling: Allow the battery to cool completely before recharging if it becomes hot during use.
