Built for exhilarating bashing speeds and extreme all-terrain toughness, the GRANITE\u2122 4X4 3S BLX RTR is DESIGNED FAST and DESIGNED TOUGH. New enhancements include a stronger chassis, retained hinge pin plates, steering with more clearance for stones, a castellated slipper pad, sliding gear mesh, and rubber-shielded bearings throughout.<\/p>\n
The package now includes a Spektrum\u2122 SLT3\u2122 transmitter and SLR300 receiver. The transmitter is ergonomically designed for fatigue-free bashing and features a foam wheel for precise control, an improved hand grip, and trigger feel. Beginners can set throttle limits at 50% or 75% until ready to use the full speed potential. The SLT3\u2122 is compatible with Tactic\u00ae SLT\u2122 receivers for other RTR vehicles and includes a third channel for optional features such as lights and winches.<\/p>\n
The GRANITE\u2122 4X4 3S BLX is powered by a brushless system featuring the BLX100 ESC and Spektrum\u2122 Firma\u2122 3200Kv brushless motor, delivering incredible torque, acceleration, and speed. The transmission and chassis are ruggedly engineered to handle this power.<\/p>\n
ARRMA\u00ae’s modular design ensures easy component access and maintenance. The power module, with improved dirt management, includes the motor with heatsink and cooling fan, motor plate, slipper clutch assembly, and gear cover. The power module can be removed with just one screw. The electronics module, a two-piece molding, houses the waterproof receiver box, servo mount, and ESC tray. The SLR300 receiver is protected inside the receiver box, and the ultra-compact ESC is easily accessible.<\/p>\n
The differential module features a yoke design for each differential unit, with only eight screws needed to release the yokes. The GRANITE\u2122 4X4 3S BLX RTR comes brushless-ready with 37T 1.35mod diffs and silicone O-rings. The large gears and internal metal gears ensure reliability during extreme bashing.<\/p>\n
Its full-time 4WD transmission uses strong telescopic driveshafts that stay secure during impacts, complemented by a responsive steering assembly with a servo horn featuring a built-in servo saver. The included waterproof Spektrum\u2122 SPMS651 metal-geared digital servo offers 15% more torque than the previous ADS-7M servo.<\/p>\n
The self-bleeding, oil-filled shocks with silicone O-rings provide simple maintenance and exceptional handling. Extended height dirt defenders and a close-fitting body minimize debris in the chassis tub. Front and rear bumpers protect against impacts.<\/p>\n
The GRANITE\u2122 4X4 3S BLX features four dBoots\u00ae Fortress\u2122 MT tires on gunmetal multi-spoke wheels, providing excellent traction on various surfaces. A standard wheelie bar is installed.
