US Shipping
We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.
Fast Handling
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same business day.
14-Day Returns
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Discount RC Parts ships orders within the United States using USPS or UPS.
Free Shipping on New Vehicles
Free shipping on new vehicles is available to the lower 48 states only.
Handling Time
Orders ship the same day or next business day, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day.
Although we may process orders on Saturday and Sunday, weekend orders will ship out on the following Monday.
Your order may be processed over the weekend, but carrier pickup will occur on the following Monday.

Refunds & Returns
We accept returns of products in their original, unopened, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Vehicles: Vehicles must be returned factory sealed to be eligible for a refund.
- Parts & Accessories: Parts must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Return Authorization: Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending a product back.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Once your returned product is received, please allow 24–48 hours for us to process your return.
